Yes. If you already have a forage analysis from a laboratory, add it to your request as a report, photo or manual entry. We process those data at no extra charge; no separate order is needed. Processing a forage analysis is included.

We don't promise a hard delivery time — that's part of the beta approach. Your report is checked before delivery. We notify you as soon as it's ready. No automated report as a hard promise on timing.

DeepScan analyses the ration. The Feeding schedule translates that into a practical daily plan at the barn — what, when and how much, spread across feedings. The Feeding schedule is only available after a DeepScan.

Low confidence means we're working with incomplete data — unknown forage, estimated dosages or little input. Unknown is not the same as deficient. We show uncertainty as uncertainty, not as a hard verdict.

Uploading a forage analysis has the biggest impact. Also: exact dosages per product, weight, sex, age and detailed workload (hours, frequency, discipline). All this input raises the reliability of the result.

No. HorseShake is an indicative ration analysis based on input and official nutrient standards. Not a veterinary service. Not medical advice. Not a diagnosis.

No. With medication, EMS, laminitis, colic or acute complaints we refer you to your vet. HorseShake is not suitable for medical situations. We give no automated advice on red flags.

No. Sport+ is the same base with extra sport context — workload, sweating, sodium/electrolytes, discipline. No performance promise, no FEI guarantee, no sports-medical advice.

We flag supplements with an FEI point of attention so you can check them in the official FEI database. HorseShake gives no competition clearance, doping advice or guarantee; only a signal.

We process your data only for the analysis. No sale to third parties. No medical AI diagnosis. More information is in our privacy statement. We keep data for a maximum of 24 months after last activity.

Yes. When Recheck becomes available, you can choose a new analysis when the situation changes: new forage, a new season, different training or different feed. Recheck is not part of this beta yet.
